Your information will not be used for any reason other than to process your order. We do not sale your information to a third party. We respect and value our client's privacy and sensitive information.
Concepts: Within 7-10 business days or less, Tilly Graphics will create logo concepts for your business. All logo designs will be submitted via E-mail for your review. If we receive your feedback on these designs, Tilly Graphics will make the necessary changes you request. Up to ten revisions are included at no additional cost depending on the package you ordered. Further revisions will incur additional costs ranging from $80 - $100 depending on the design. You the client, has 3 days from delivery date to request a revision or $80-$100 fee will have to be paid in order to move forward with revision process. In this event, You the client will be granted two additional revisions.
File Delivery: After the final logo design is completed and reviewed, you will receive the following digital files (.jpeg, .png (transparent) .pdf, .psd (source file) .svg (vector file), and .eps file formats).
Ownership: You, the client, have 100% ownership of the final logo design for use as you please without limitation. Tilly Graphics retains the right to use the final logo, or any versions of the logo created in the process, within printed and on-line portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client understands that it is the client’s responsibility to copyright the logo design (www.copyright.gov) and/or seek trademark (www.uspto.gov/main/trademarks.htm).
Payment: In return for logo design, the client agrees to pay the total fee payable in one payment. Full deposit is required before any work begins and we start the same day. In the event of termination of this Agreement, Tilly Graphics owns the logo and has the right to complete, exhibit, and/or sell the logo design (not including business name). Furthermore, Tilly Graphics owns all the logo design concepts created before the final logo design. The client understands that once the final invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to use the logo design in all media useful for business promotion and that Tilly Graphics reserves the right to display the logo for business promotional use.
Originality: Tilly Graphics affirms that our logo designs are original and therefore owns the rights granted under this agreement, and that the rights granted do not conflict any other agreement.
Termination: The client has the right to terminate this agreement if, Tilly Graphics fails to complete the Logo within 90 days of order submission. If agreement is terminated for any reason other than failure to deliver the first revision within 90 days, Tilly Graphics shall refund the payment in full. At no other point is an order refundable if a project has be ordered. We start the same day you complete your order.
Performance Liability: Tilly Graphics does not warrant that the functions supplied by logo design(s), consultation or advice, will be uninterrupted or error-free. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the logo is with client. In no event will Tilly Graphics be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the reproduction of, or appearance of the logo, even if Tilly Graphics has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
